Page is a 7,000 people town in northern Arizona. By itself is not interesting, but the surrounding nature is spectacular, so it has become the main base for exploring the north of this state. Some of the most important natural monuments in the country are close enough for a day trip. Several are world famous, but most of the people don’t not know they’re here. - Al was here in: February 2011. Wear warm clothes, althoug is in the desert and is pretty south, it snows in winter.
- Number of days: 5 very intense days, I recommend at least 7.
- My score: 5/5
It is in my opinion, the state with the most interesting nature of the, also in my opinion, country with the second most interesting nature (the first would be Australia, but to be fair, I know much more Australia than United States). Continue reading “Arizona”
